Apple Valley Special School is honored to announce that our students have been recognized as National Award Winners through the prestigious “Art to Connect” initiative, which celebrates creativity, inclusion, and the artistic expression of children with special needs.

The following students from Apple Valley Special School received national recognition for their outstanding participation and artistic contribution:

The award ceremony was held on 18th January 2026 at Dayananda Sagar Institutions, Bengaluru, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, bringing together educators, institutions, and young artists from across the country to celebrate creativity and inclusivity through art.

The Art to Connect initiative, founded by Dr. Nirmala Krishnan M, aims to provide a meaningful platform for children with special needs to express themselves through art, while promoting awareness, acceptance, and inclusive opportunities.

This recognition marks a significant milestone for Apple Valley Special School and reflects the dedication of its educators, therapists, and families who continuously nurture the potential of every child.
